The Level 1 Professional Profile is a set of
professional data describing certain characteristics of your location, technical
specialties, experience and training that provide key indices for searching to
meet the staffing needs on professional services consulting proposals. The
Level 1 profile is intended to include only essential information needed to
identify you as being a likely fit for inclusion in a proposal.
You will start out with a series of screens that collect specific information on the individual who is registering. If you are the sole professional employee of the company, you need to decide if you want to initially register as an individual, or register an individual and a company. To register as an individual only (or to add your company at a later time) check the INDIVIDUAL ONLY checkbox at the top of the first Professional Profile form. If you are registering your company as well as yourself leave this box unchecked. We encourage you to
provide complete information. Information you provide will be used as
search criteria when we need help on a proposal. The more complete your
information, the better chance we will be able to find it when the need arises.
In the initial registration, or anytime later, you may fill out information about a specific bid opportunity. You may skip this box during initial registration, but it can be added later by logging in and selecting ADD SUBCONSULTANT RFP on the main menu. Your registration information will not be included on the Converse Associates site until it has been reviewed and accepted. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail to advise you of your registration status. Please use the site to make us aware of any possible jobs that might be of interest. A Converse manager will contact you if he determines that your qualifications seem to be appropriate for inclusion in a proposal. If you agree to participate then you will signify this intension with an email to the Converse manager. Upon agreeing to participate in a particular proposal you will be asked to complete our Level 2 Professional Profile. This includes a requirement to supply specific project history details, including client references, project budgets; specifically targeted resumes in a specific format and more information regarding other members of your firm and their qualifications. The Level 1 profile will be used by our Project Managers to screen your qualifications to determine if appropriate to proposals we are currently working on. If your qualifications seem like a good fit for a proposal we will contact you by email or phone for further discussions. We are interested in making the best fit of qualifications to project proposals. In short, we are looking to provide the best value to our clients. Before completing your Professional Profile please review the Rules for Converse Associates Usage and indicate your acceptance. |
