Converse Associates Rules

I agree that all requests for registration are reviewed and will be accepted and continued at the sole discretion of Converse Associates Administrator. I understand that this site is provided and maintained by Converse Consultants as part of a business strategy to increase client service and facilitate participation with other firms. I will not use the site or information obtained from it for marketing of my business or to create a competing proposal. I may continue to conduct my business, including work directly for clients and enter into arrangements with other consultants, so long as it is not facilitated through use of this site.
 

I agree not to initiate a similar competing web site or disclose details of this web site other than to provide its' address to prospective participants. I understand that failure to maintain confidentiality associated with this site and its' password(s) may result in my permanent removal from this site.
 

When I participate in a proposal I will be asked to sign a contract defining the prime/subcontractor relationship for the project. I agree to maintain the necessary insurance coverage or to become a part-time or temporary Converse Consultants employee for the project as necessary to be covered under Converse's insurance.
 

In most cases, I would be free to bid with other teams for a given project proposal, but not permitted to share any information obtained from participation in this site with Converse competitors.
 

I agree to keep the information current regarding myself and my company and will periodically, or as requested by the Converse Associates Administrator, review and update the information provided.
 

As a Converse Associates team member I will perform my work to a generally accepted professional standard and abide by appropriate laws, rules, regulations and codes of ethics in dealing with other associates and clients.
 

I will participate in evaluations conducted by the Converse Associates Administrator as part of a Quality Control program. This may involve interviews, questionnaires or evaluations of other associates participating in the program. I understand that I will also be evaluated by other associates.
 

I agree to promptly notify the web Administrator if I no longer wish to participate in the program.
